Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Data Analytics to own & optimize data governance across our eCommerce platforms, generating impactful performance insights to drive profitable growth. You are an expert on digital analytics and industry trends (browser cookie depreciation, first party data, etc.). Reporting to the Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and dev teams as the in-house expert across all technical analytics topics.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and dev team to implement advanced analytics & tracking capabilities for our eCommerce website.
  • Responsible for data integrity by owning all web & mobile analytics data sources and tag management - continuously optimizing & auditing.
  • Collect, clean and manipulate data - use of SQL and fundamentals of data engineering.
  • Spearhead advanced digital analytics initiatives related to identity and clickstream data.
  • Operate as internal expert for GA4, Northbeam and any other digital analytics and attribution tools.
  • Lead team in optimizing and implementing daily/weekly/monthly eCommerce website insights, informing consumer journey enhancements and reporting on the subsequent performance impact.
  • Guide team on A/B testing & personalization efforts, implementing culture of disciplined statistical analysis.
  • Lead customer journey analysis, heat mapping, session recording and user research best practices.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional data science analytics experience at a subscription based eCommerce business.
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, META, Northbeam (or other eCommerce attribution tools).
  • Experience with analytics & tracking platforms such as Segment.
  • Experience utilizing a customer journey analysis tool (Mixpanel, Heap etc).
  • Experience utilizing data warehouse or CDP to consolidate customer profiles and utilize across owned digital channels.
  • Well-versed in advanced statistical analysis techniques and leveraging BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong desire to collaborate cross-functionally, understanding varying objectives across business.
