Job Description: Sr Marketing Manager

Summary/Objective: As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our catering services, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our catering services, targeting both corporate and private clientele.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, print, and events.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO optimization, and social media platforms, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials to support business development efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, vendors, and media contacts to enhance brand visibility and generate opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer acquisition cost, and use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best marketing and catering services practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure expenditures are within approved budgets.

Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content calendars tailored to each platform, incorporating a mix of curated content, original posts, user-generated content, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Implement social media advertising campaigns to reach target demographics, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to our website and catering services.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and incorporate new features and technologies to enhance our social media presence.

Content Creation
  • Develop a content strategy for blog posts, articles, and other written materials to showcase our expertise in catering, culinary trends, event planning tips, and related topics.
  • Research and write compelling and informative blog posts that resonate with our target audience, incorporating relevant keywords for SEO optimization and driving organic traffic to our website.
  • Craft engaging copy for marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, print collateral, and promotional materials, maintaining brand voice and tone consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather information and insights for content creation, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and authenticity.

Photography and Videography
  • Plan and execute photoshoots to capture high-quality images of our culinary creations, event setups, and behind-the-scenes moments, showcasing the artistry and craftsmanship of our catering services.
  • Coordinate with chefs, event planners, and venue partners to stage photoshoots in various settings, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and visual appeal.
  • Produce professional-grade videos highlighting our catering services, including event recaps, chef interviews, client testimonials, and promotional videos for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
  • Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software tools to enhance visual aesthetics, storytelling, and brand identity, incorporating music, graphics, and effects as needed to create engaging and immersive content.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Must have a Love for all things relating to food, beverage, and events
  • Proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques, with a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, able to generate new ideas and approaches to drive business growth.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• This job operates in a professional hybrid environment.

This role routinely uses standard equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and printers.
• This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

• This position requires 40-50 hours.
