Our client, a successful and fast growing company in the real estate space is hiring for a Marketing Analyst to join their El Segundo based team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing strategies and initiatives grounded in data analysis and insights. You will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and presenting data related to marketing campaigns, consumer behavior, and market trends.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging large datasets to drive strategic marketing decisions and optimize content creation across various channels. Additionally, experience with Salesforce is required to effectively integrate marketing efforts with sales operations. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies, maximizing ROI, and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, with a strong understanding of data interpretation
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM, including customization, reporting, and integration with marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business results.
