Overview:

We're seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Brand Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is perfect for a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of closing complex deals in the sales and marketing vertical and who possesses deep relationships within the space. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in marketing, with skills in thought leadership, public speaking, lead generation, and innovative marketing techniques. This hybrid marketing/sales role aims to drive brand awareness, engage with key stakeholders, and ultimately accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Strategy Development. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with overall business objectives. This includes defining brand positioning, target audience identification, and competitive analysis.
  2. Marketing Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
  3. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of our brand to customers. Provide sales training and support to help achieve revenue targets.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for brand growth.
  5. Brand Identity Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the brand identity, including visual elements, brand guidelines, and tone of voice. Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials.
  6. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  7. Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
  8. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience 3+ years in brand management, marketing, and sales roles.
  • Experience selling into the following verticals; Legal, Insurance (P&C | Medicare | Health Insurance), Restaurant and Hospitality, Contact Center, Automotive | Dealerships, and Home Services.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and sales techniques.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
