Job Description:

Position Overview:

The Demand Generation Director will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by developing and executing strategic digital campaigns, webinars, social media initiatives, inbound marketing efforts, events, and content management activities. This individual will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and optimizing conversion rates to support the sales pipeline for our medical devices.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our medical devices.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, paid search, display advertising, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta.).
• Coordinate and manage webinars, from content creation and promotion to post-event follow-up, to educate and engage target audiences.
• Lead social media initiatives, including content creation, community management, and social advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Implement inbound marketing tactics such as SEO, content marketing, and lead nurturing to attract and convert qualified leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and creative services, to align demand generation activities with business objectives.
• Plan and execute offline events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and enhance brand presence in the medical devices sector.
• Manage the creation and distribution of high-quality content assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to support demand generation efforts.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation initiatives using relevant metrics and KPIs, and leverage insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and demand generation, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, webinars, social media strategies, inbound marketing initiatives, and events.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) to drive lead generation and conversion.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for leveraging data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business goals.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
