This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HCP Marketer to join this dynamic team leading the Oncology brand strategy and tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving the strategy and execution of HCP strategies for the global brand and developing marketing efforts for the regional teams.
Developing, executing, and monitoring innovative marketing initiatives and programs and are in alignment with strategic objectives.
Oversee the development of creative and breakthrough content that resonates with the target audience, including ensuring consistency of messaging across various channels and touchpoints
Managing branding alongside the events team, using impactful and powerful messaging
Tracking of journey and touch points to ensure consistent measurement and fulfilment of company goals and targets
Budget tracking, finances and reporting
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry;
Master's degree with 4+ years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated ability to develop HCP marketing strategy and execute/measure promotional campaigns
Strong technical marketing competencies to include KOL development, insight generation, consumer analysis and brand positioning
Experience in oncology in advantageous
