Job Description:

One of Wripple's clients, a global airline company, is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to be responsible for the conceptual, logical, and physical design of Sales Cloud product enhancements, including product integrations, data transformation and automation. The Salesforce Administrator will be actively involved in scoping and design sessions with business teams to understand business processes and how to improve them on the Salesforce platform. This role will actively lead solution design, guide testing strategy, and ensure quality throughout the product development lifecycle. This individual should be apprised of the evolving technology stack of the Salesforce platform to create innovative solutions that meets and enhance business process needs.

This position will also work with internal and external stakeholders including Field Sales, Sales Development, B2B Marketing, Sales Communications, Sales IT and Alliance Partners to ensure the successful launch of technical solutions that drive revenue growth and elevate our relationships with our agency and corporate customers. with Salesforce and consolidate data to a single source of truth. This position is a W2 fully remote 40 hour/week contract role for one year with the possibility to extend. This resource must be located in the ATLANTA Metro area and open to hybrid onsite (2 days/week).

Responsibilities:
• Works in coordination with team members as well as stakeholders to understand requirements and proactively help develop solutions
• Monitors performance of and maintains the health of our centralized Marketing Cloud environment to ensure business continuity
• Lead investigations and trouble shooting efforts from initiation through resolution
• Perform root cause analysis as needed and provide recommendations on enhanced processes ways of working
• Build internal technical, process, and architectural documentation as well as guides and policies

Qualifications:
• Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
• Proven ability to work in a frequently changing environment
• 3+ years working hands-on in SFMC both from an administrative and support perspective
• Experience integrating SFMC with existing APIs, third party systems
• Basic understanding of domains, DNS records, and IP addresses
• Basic understanding of security concepts such as "principle of least privilege"
• Basic understanding of sFTP connections and authentication protocols
• Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and demands
• Ability to triage problems and develop processes and best practices
• Agility to analyze and evaluate data as well as map it to our existing, complex data structure/model
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly; takes initiative to learn without being asked and is not afraid to ask questions
• Skilled in facilitating and leading meetings virtually and in small group settings
• Experience using various SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working in marketing operations and the airline industry
• Project lead experience
• Experience using various SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
• Sales & Service Cloud experience
• Cvent/Ticketmanager experience
