Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. You will develop tactics designed to generate leads on targeted accounts. The Marketing Manager leads and builds marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns across a variety of platforms.
  • Track & report on KPIs and ROI of ads, campaigns, channels, etc.
  • Manage & optimize spend across channels, adjusting as needed.
  • Conduct target audience and keyword research and develop campaigns based on findings.
  • Develop and implement target account marketing strategies to support client sales growth.
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for accounts that focus on accelerating existing opportunities.
  • Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
  • Develop metrics to measure the performance of new and existing marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional, and local programs.
  • Design & execute 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments.
  • Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Deploy marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using various channels including digital, events, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Brand team to create and gain consensus for cross-portfolio GTM plans and marketing plays in alignment with strategic mandates and sales directives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing performance of digital marketing campaigns in platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Proven track record of building, launching, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM.

  • Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
