In this role, you are the front-line contact for customer service. You are responsive, dependable, and foster strong relationships with your customer counterpart(s). You are a provider of information, of answers, of solutions- both externally to our customers and internally to our operations team.
This role executes the tactical aspects of managing customer requirements and information, including but not limited to; order entry/changes, expediting, demand & supply chain analysis, customer portal management, and billing issues.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, accurate, organized, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
4-year degree or 4 - 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably B2B.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
