Avo Photonics (www.avophotonics.com) is a dynamic contract engineering services company that designs, develops, and manufactures custom opto-electronic products for a large customer base. Members of our staff can design, prototype, and produce next generation products for a diverse range of markets including environmental, medical, automotive, military, industrial, aerospace, and communications.

The successful candidate must be able to lead a team, keep multiple records, be self-motivated, maintain a professional presence, and have the desire to take ownership of projects.
Responsibilities:
Direct and help all Line personnel
Ensure safe, accurate, high-quality actions are performed in a timely, clean, and profitable manner
Be present on manufacturing floor for entire shift
Quickly identify those requiring more training, promotion, or pruning
Provide daily feedback and guidance
Ensure ALL actions are properly recorded (e.g. Travelers, Material Disposition, etc)
Requirements:
? Greater than five years of experience managing teams
? Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
