Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Pay Rate: $28.00-$30.00/hr (based on experience)
Duration: 8 months with possible conversion
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 40hrs/week
Location: ONSITE - Seattle, WA
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily production support of vendor master data, handling invoice mismatches, and collaborating with internal business partners. Additionally, this role involves refining procure-to-pay (P2P) process documentation, providing ad-hoc process efficiency project support, and managing system enhancement requests.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily production support for vendor master data and resolve invoice mismatches.
Communicate effectively with internal business partners to address procurement-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
Refine procure-to-pay (P2P) process documentation as required to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Assist in ad-hoc process efficiency projects by executing tasks, implementing changes, and communicating updates.
Manage system enhancement requests by assessing feasibility, determining the extent of changes needed, estimating resource requirements, and project time estimates.
Required Skills:
2+ years of relevant work experience in procurement, finance, or a related field.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication with internal business partners.
Comprehensive understanding of business processes, particularly procure-to-pay (P2P).
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
