Job Description:
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- with different departments and multiple business disciplines.
- relevant reports and KPI's with high performing NetSuite Dashboards
- reporting, and maintain existing report designs in NetSuite and NSPB
- business needs in configurations and customizations with NetSuite.
- NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing.
- data import process and migration issues with all NetSuite updates.
- custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions on page layouts, searches, and reports within NetSuite.
- and conduct training sessions across departments.
- other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- a strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite administration and development.
- system issues, administer user accounts and permissions.
- in NetSuite ERP with prior experience with NetSuite: NSPB, SmartView, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Financial Statement Reporting, ODBC, Analytics, Fixed Assets, Banking, Procurement, Inventory, Prepaid, Contracts Scripting, JavaScript, Workflows.
- all future implementations including Expense Reporting, NetGain and A/P Automation.
- ongoing system updates and technical support for NetSuite System.
- data import process and migration and actively promotes and leads utilization of system capabilities.
- efficient in NetSuite custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, customized saved searches, reports, alerts, imports.
- strong critical thinking skills and analytical thinking.
- strong leadership skills with exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 3+ years of direct experience with NetSuite customizations and data migration.
- Experience as a business systems analyst
- Experienced in ERP systems and Financial business processes.
