Position Description
The Real Estate Lease Intern will assist in maintaining the corporate 2,500+ lease portfolio for Flynn Group. Responsibilities include supporting Lease Manager and Operations staff in Day-to-Day tasks, rent review and balancing, keeping in SAP system current with all portfolio changes and reviewing lease details as required.
Essential responsibilities will include:
Assist with Invoice-coding responsibilities within the RE Department.
Proactively monitor all emails and incoming mail for each property and distribute to the correct team member.
Field incoming calls and make outbound calls as necessary.
Send and Track FED Ex packages sent to Landlord for Rent Commencement letters and other Notices.
Review Lease Details and report findings to Lease Management.
Provide financial statements/sales information to landlords as required in the lease, with required internal approvals.
Record management of important supporting documents for lease modifications, including web-based document storage and sharing such documents with attorneys and FRG team.
Complete other duties as may be assigned.
Maintain and Update Spreadsheets using MS Excel for Management distribution.
Communicate with landlords to acquire appropriate documentation for duties like change of ownership, address change or ACH updates with the vendor.
