Title: VP of Personal Care Services (PCS) Division, Long Island Region

Overview:
As VP of the PCS Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of home care services within ou Long Island region.
Responsibilities:
As the VP of PCS Division your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the delivery of home care services within the assigned territory. Your role involves a range of duties, including:
Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet the goals and objectives of the home care organization within your region. This may involve analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and making informed decisions to enhance service delivery.
Managing a team of home care managers, coordinators, and staff members. This includes providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective operations, high-quality care, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Monitoring and evaluating the quality of home care services provided in the assigned region. This may involve conducting regular audits, reviewing performance metrics, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Ensuring that all home care operations within the region comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. This includes staying up to date with changes in healthcare policies and guidelines and ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, community organizations, and government agencies. Collaborating with these partners to enhance service integration, coordinate care transitions, and promote the overall well-being of patients.
Monitoring the financial performance of home care operations within the region. This includes budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality care.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health or related field, Masters degree preferred
Substantial operations/cross functional team management experience
Extensive supervisory experience
Background in home and community-based care
Experience with budget forecasting and analysis
Experience with writing and implementing policies and procedures
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple issues and drive results in a fast-paced changing environment with competing priorities required
