We are seeking a lease payments analyst to join our Real Estate and Development Finance team based in Cupertino, CA. In this role, the payments analyst will have a key role in executing timely lease payments to our landlords for Company's Corporate office and Retail stores. The successful candidate will be actively involved in preparing management reporting, participating in system enhancement projects, and ensuring that all payments are issued in accordance with our lease terms, lease accounting standard (ASC 842), and Company's internal processes/policies.
Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end processing of landlord billings in Tririga, which includes invoice processing, vendor onboarding, banking updates, and portfolio due date tracking • Review and reconcile landlord statements to identify and correct any payment issues • Comply with Company Financial Policies • Prepare operational reporting • Engage in team projects and enhancements
