Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Mr. Wong's Chicken & Rice located in Dallas, TX. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar QSR leadership role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
Strong business acumen and financial management skills
Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends
