Experience designing for macOS and iOS apps, and also web based apps Usability testing
Experience with design systems and deliverables handoff with developers Interaction design/UI design
Good communications and presentations skills Experience in instructional design (nice to have)
Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes
Ability to lead and direct design thinking for UI component libraries
Expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques
Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles
Strong typography, layout and visual design skills
Strong team management skills and Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform with minimal supervision

Pay Range: $65-90
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
