Responsibilities
This Customs Broker plays a leading role as the compliance director that not only ensures compliance with customs regulations and laws, but can also save time and money by identifying potential issues and resolving them before they become problematic. Improve SOPs, and train middle-level entry writers and import specialist. Communicate with CBP and OGA to resolve any customs transaction and OGA clearance issues. Provide professional advice to assist its VIP accounts to streamline their import processes.
Qualifications
1. Licensed broker with minimum five years of experience of transacting customs business.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Very knowledgeable of different entry types, and clearance procedure.
4. Skillful of using ACE/ABI software and online portal.
5. Problem solving skills and capability to conduct research on customs duty issues.
