Job Description:

SUMMARY:

A luxury brand is looking to hire a new position of Senior Manager, Fulfillment who will be responsible for creating and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of fulfillment processes supporting all channels including: digital, wholesale and retail. This role will be responsible for overseeing and hiring fulfillment team members, identifying areas for optimization and efficiencies.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Lead, train, and mentor the fulfillment team to support all business channels ensuring high performance and optimization of results.
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional partners to manage orders and priorities effectively.
  • Ensure the successful coordination of outbound shipments and maintain compliance with merchandise labeling and packaging standards.
  • Monitor and report outbound shipments across all channels.
  • Manage the logistics of products and materials for PR events, campaign shoots, and trunk shows.
  • Track returns, damages, and reconcile open orders for discrepancies, priorities and provide solutions.
  • Communicate with logistics vendors regarding pick-up/drop off schedules and claim submittals.
  • Evaluate shipping carriers' performance and address issues or claims.
  • Confirm compliance with shipping and logistics regulations, including international trade laws.
  • Streamline and optimize fulfillment operations to ensure 100% of orders are shipped on time.
  • Implement enhancements to current processes to increase efficiency in processing returns, transfers, and repairs.
  • Set up fulfillment KPIs and share the goals and results with the leadership team.
  • Develop training manuals for inbound and outbound processes.
  • Participate in inventory management.
  • Provide coaching, training and feedback to fulfillment team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and overall performance.
  • Special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School degree required, Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and NetSuite, Shopify or similar business systems
  • Previous experience working with shipping vendors/systems preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply system capabilities
  • Exceptional problem solver and strong attention to deadlines
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to anticipate and communicate potential issues
  • Able to communicate regularly across teams as well as with customers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.

Estimated annual salary between $75,000- $90,000 based on experience. Opportunity for an annual bonus, comprehensive benefits including: medical, short and long-term disability, paid time off programs, employee discount and retirement plan.
