As the Operations Leader for First Quality's Print & Packaging site, you will have responsibility for the following areas: Extrusion Hall, Press Hall, Pre-Press, Ink Systems, Recycling Hall, Warehouse, Maintenance and Reliability and own the P&L and budgeting process within the facility.
Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
Create a safe and clean environment for all employees that meets and exceeds leading standards.
Maximize uptime, minimize scrap and reduce overall cost that creates the most effective and efficient manufacturing environment.
Implement KPIs using available data and systems to track progress real time.
Create an environment where people are engaged and motivated.
Ensure we are proficient with our maintenance and reliability efforts.
Provide leadership to support the company's growth.
Support sales growth through operational efficiency while minimizing complexity.
Qualifications/ education and experience requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
Specific experience in engineering and operations roles, preferably within the flexible packaging industry with a focus on film extrusion, recycling, and printing.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Lean Manufacturing experience highly preferred.

P/L experience including budget development, cost, and variance analysis.
