4-6+ years of development experience with Blue Yonder WMS.
Extensive experience with supporting the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of Blue Yonder WMS.
Experience with Warehouse Automation Applications (Pick-to-Light / MHE systems)
Strong experience using BY Integrator with other applications
Experience with MOCA components.
Experience with MTF
Experience with PL/SQL & UNIX/LINUX Platforms.
Experience with Java, specifically Jasper Reporting
Strong understanding of design principles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience.
Strong written & verbal communication skills

Day to Day:
Insight Global is searching for a Sr. Application Developer to join a large retail client headquartered out of Irving, TX. This resource will be joining the supply chain team that supports the IT team members. This team is responsible for the actual design, integration and development of the application, and will partner with a support team for any other requests related to the environment. This resource will be responsible for the overall design, development and integration of the Blue Yonder WMS platform. The ideal candidate should have experience with partnering & supporting offshore support team with escalated or critical incident resolution. As well as designing application components based on requirement & design specifications &coordinating and administering Salesforce Cases with BY Customer Support. Additionally, this resource will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support to their application. The ideal resource must be able to work independently to function as a liaison between both the business stakeholders, and the technical team members. This resource will be responsible in supporting the development of code for the application. Some of the day to day requirements might include translating business requirements into specific system requirements and providing technical knowledge, leadership and support to peers.
