A Day in the Life -

The Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the enterprise learning management system and continuing learning programs such as, leadership and associate development, tuition reimbursement, and industry education and professional certifications. Skill sets needed include but are not limited to detail oriented and tech savvy individuals with a desire to grow in the talent development space. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Platform administrator for LMS
  • Prepares and analyzes reports via the LMS
  • Schedules and Coordinates both in person and virtual trainings
  • Manages just continuing education programs
