Small and growing healthcare, cannabis and family law firm seeks experienced professional to lead firm administration. Qualified candidates will have at least three years of human resources and/or office management experience at a professional services firm. Salary $65,000 to $85,000, based on experience. The hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5 pm, onsite.
Must have a bachelor's degree and strong oral and written communication skills. Prior experience supervising direct reports is strongly preferred.
Manage office operations and procedures.
Supervise staff and associates.
Administer employee benefits.
Lead firm recruiting efforts and talent retention initiatives.
Train and onboard new employees.
Track hours for nonexempt employees and prepare payroll (ADP).
Responsible for internal accounting, including accounts payable and receivable; prepare client invoices.
Serve as firm liaison to all outside vendors, including building, IT and marketing.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
