We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at Koloni Fleets. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of micro-mobility in partnership with municipalities, universities, and property owners. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing a growth strategy, ensuring customer success, and nurturing relationships with our operators.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Koloni Fleets' vision and objectives.
Execute the growth strategy effectively, ensuring consistent progress and achievement of targets.
Continuously analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
Customer Success:
Collaborate closely with our municipal, university, and property partners to understand their unique needs and objectives.
Implement customer success plans to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention among our partners.
Monitor and assess the performance of our services, addressing any issues promptly and proactively.
Operator Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with our operators, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Provide guidance and support to operators in optimizing fleet operations and performance.
Act as a liaison between operators and internal teams to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Financial Management:
Manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Identify revenue-generating opportunities and cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably within the micro-mobility or transportation industry.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
