JOB DESCRIPTION:?
Must be a problem solver with the ability to identify solutions and create new processes
Must be a multitasker that is deadline oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
Must have strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Must be able to lead in a fast-paced environment and be a quick study
Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners at all levels
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and the ability to learn new computer systems quickly (PLM)
Must be able to work independently on designated projects from start to finish
Coordinate closely with team members, factory counterparts, and other departments within the company on sampling status, from development through production
Screen printing knowledge is a must
ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Collaborate in item costing with sales/production
Must have a clear understanding of artwork separations
Trouble shoot problem styles and navigate to successful execution
Create relationships with suppliers to ensure timeline management and ownership of all critical dates
Must keep up to date on customer requirements for assigned customer and proactively communicate etas to the AE/Sales team.
Overseeing any new projects assigned by retailer and ensure that all the necessary steps are being taken into consideration for successful execution.
Responsible for gathering and sharing performance metrics around execution
Responsible for establishing and managing sampling priorities across all facilities
Continually monitor our industry and others for trend direction
Be available after hours and some weekends to approve images for factories to ensure on time delivery.
Committed to meeting deadlines to ensure customers receive samples in a timely manner.
Ability to problem solve, identify solutions, and recommend new processes.

Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, power point and ability to learn new computer systems quickly is a must.
Self-motivating personality.
Must be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/ Photo Shop / In Design).
Strong sense of urgency is imperative

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree is preferred, or a minimum of 5 year's experience
