Job Description:

We are currently seeking Product Developer- Contract Printto join our team of outstanding employees!

JOB DESCRIPTION:?

  • Must be a problem solver with the ability to identify solutions and create new processes
  • Must be a multitasker that is deadline oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Must be able to lead in a fast-paced environment and be a quick study
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners at all levels
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and the ability to learn new computer systems quickly (PLM)
  • Must be able to work independently on designated projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate closely with team members, factory counterparts, and other departments within the company on sampling status, from development through production
  • Screen printing knowledge is a must

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Collaborate in item costing with sales/production
  • Must have a clear understanding of artwork separations
  • Trouble shoot problem styles and navigate to successful execution
  • Create relationships with suppliers to ensure timeline management and ownership of all critical dates
  • Must keep up to date on customer requirements for assigned customer and proactively communicate etas to the AE/Sales team.
  • Overseeing any new projects assigned by retailer and ensure that all the necessary steps are being taken into consideration for successful execution.
  • Responsible for gathering and sharing performance metrics around execution
  • Responsible for establishing and managing sampling priorities across all facilities
  • Continually monitor our industry and others for trend direction
  • Be available after hours and some weekends to approve images for factories to ensure on time delivery.
  • Committed to meeting deadlines to ensure customers receive samples in a timely manner.
  • Ability to problem solve, identify solutions, and recommend new processes.

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be a quick study.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, power point and ability to learn new computer systems quickly is a must.
  • Self-motivating personality.
  • Must be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/ Photo Shop / In Design).
  • Strong sense of urgency is imperative
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, or a minimum of 5 year's experience
