Our client, a residential property insurer, is hiring a junior (2-4 year) Property Risk Engineer. Candidates will be working part of each week in the Waterbury area (Cheshire, CT) office, and will be required to travel regularly to client work sites (all located in the CT area) to perform inspections/risk evaluations.
The position will require:
2+ years of experience in insurance property risk engineering/loss prevention/risk control
Must have worked in the insurance industry (not an insurance role within an non-insurance industry)
This is not a position for people with general insurance sales, claims, underwriting, or brokerage experience.
