E-Switch, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has been delivering quality electromechanical switches to the telecom, high tech, medical, electronics, instrumentation, industrial, audio/visual, appliance and consumer markets since 1979. E-Switch is a division of Stein Industries.
The Buyer is responsible for requesting and coordinating shipments, analyzing inventory to meet daily requirements, and provide continuous improvement to the cost, quality, and reliability of materials. They will also be responsible for monitoring vendor delivery and performance, mediate inventory solutions, data entry of purchase orders, and other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years in purchasing capacity
Experience with import market and Pacific Rim a plus
Familiar with ISO9001 System
Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft D365 a plus
