Our client is currently seeking a Director of Operations to plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the entire plant operation, overseeing all aspects of production, quality, safety, maintenance, and personnel management.
Develop and implement production plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve operational targets, including production volumes, cost control, and quality standards.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Operations/plant management,
(FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.)
Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and mentor employees at all levels of the organization.
