Title: Director of Marketing and Social Media

Location: Melville/Long Island

Compensation: $110,000-$150,000/annual

***The position is based full-time (Monday-Friday) on site at our Melville headquarters. Candidates must reside in/near Long Island and/or be comfortable with a daily commute.

Summary:

The Director of Marketing and Social Media will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. The person in the role with work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Always Compassionate Health's goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, defining key messages, and determining the most effective channels to reach them.

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and social media. This involves coordinating with internal teams or external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed successfully and on time.

  • Managing Always Compassionate Health's presence on social media platforms is a crucial aspect of your role. This includes creating and curating content, engaging with followers, monitoring conversations, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize social media efforts.

  • Maintain and enhance Always Compassionate Health's brand identity across all marketing and social media channels. This involves ensuring consistency in messaging, visual elements, and brand voice to build brand awareness and loyalty.

  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and social media efforts is essential for measuring success and identifying areas for improvement. Utilize analytics tools to gather data and generate reports to present to senior leadership team

  • The marketing landscape is constantly evolving, especially within digital platforms. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Managing the marketing budget effectively is crucial for maximizing ROI and achieving business objectives. Allocate resources strategically, track expenses, and justify investments based on performance metrics and expected outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field
  • Experience in managing/leading marketing campaigns; tracking and documenting outcomes
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing required
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting strongly desired
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to work cohesively with multiple divisions
  • Advanced knowledge and practice in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
