We are looking for a confident Business Systems Analyst for our great client in Richfield, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions to meet those requirements.
Salary: $95-115K
M - F, 8:30am - 5pm, 100% Onsite
Description of Responsibilities:
Standardize and enhance workflows in ERP and/or novel systems
-Quoting process
-Item setup and maintenance
-Vendor and Customer setup and maintenance
-Sales Rep setup and maintenance
-Repair service process
-Shipping and receiving process
Systematize auditing of above processes and maintain data integrity
Observe and assess processes through regular interaction with all functional teams
Maintain staff competency on processes through documentation and training
Partner with Sales Managers on defining and monitoring Sales Rep KPIs
-Output metrics (Results)
-Input metrics (Effort)
Partner with Business Leadership on Sales team and Operations level KPIs
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel to company branch
Limited overnight travel for conferences or vendor meetings
Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
Project management experience
Data analysis and manipulation experience
Direct experience with some form of database and/or reporting software
Ability to understand and orient solutions around concerns of diverse functional departments
