Insight Global is looking for a Product Designer to do end to end UX/UI design for a portfolio of work that supports customer facing network management. Candidates need to be local to Basking Ridge, NJ to go onsite once a week. Candidates will be joining a Home and Mobile network management team that focuses on multiple channels and touchpoints within the consumer facing applications. He or she will own a track of work that is seen and used across all the consumer channels, home, online and mobile, and create detailed and comprehensive system documentation to be utilized for development. It is extremely important that candidates have had experience with end to end design and understand the full design lifecycle especially how to navigate across multiple touchpoints and understands the journey mapping process. He or she will support project initiatives by having a strong documentation process for all steps of the UX design life cycle and be able to collaborate with industrial design, agency, business, product development and testing teams. Candidates should be comfortable presenting decks to tell the design story and communicating with stakeholders. Candidates should come from an enterprise background and have a professional portfolio that shares modern designs and their full design thinking processes.
