Job Description:

Job Title: Delivery Coordinator (Customer Care Rep)

Location: Woodbury, NY

Details: In-office during training then goes hybrid (Training is 4-6 months)

Salary: $45,000 base + Commission (Opportunity to have an all-in of $70,000+)

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Communicate professionally with customers, agents, associates, factories, and financial institutions.
  • Update and comment on tasks for each assigned customer.
  • Maintain follow-up reports to ensure timely actions.
  • Coordinate delivery logistics with dealers and customers.
  • Manage late delivery issues and customer complaints.
  • Follow up on payments and booking deals.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys post-delivery.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly delivery quotas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
