Director of Food & Beverage Overview:
The Food & Beverage Director is pivotal in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for members and guests across all F&B outlets while maintaining budgetary targets and enhancing overall satisfaction. This position encompasses managing dining room service, supervising staff, implementing sales strategies, and fostering positive relationships within the club.
Responsibilities:
Manage dining room service to exceed member and guest expectations.
Recruit, train, and lead dining room staff to uphold service standards.
Oversee budget, expenses, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure food quality and service excellence.
Develop and execute training and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
Address member feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
Ensure efficient bar operations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless event execution.
Monitor staffing, payroll, and inventory levels.
Maintain records, conduct performance evaluations, and liaise with management.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of Food & Beverage management experience or equivalent.
A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills with a positive attitude and strategic mindset.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Adaptable and open-minded approach to change and problem-solving.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 (based on experience).
