Job Description: Supplement Staff is needed to provide temporary assistance with Quality Review and Oversite of IT Technical Documents/Deliverables
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES / COMPETENCIES:
Ability to learn new products for managing software workflow.
Experience in managing reports for software products like ServiceNow, Access, etc.
The following Management Preferences are not required, but applicants that possess these skills are preferred:
Experience working in a Mainframe environment (TSO/ISPF/JCL/DB2/COBOL/Endevor).
Experience working with reporting tools such as Tableau, SharePoint
Experience with ServiceNow.
Experience with Power BI
