Responsibilities
Perform complex neuro interventional radiology procedures under the guidance of physicians
Assist in the preparation and positioning of patients for procedures
Operate and monitor specialized equipment to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of procedures and patient information
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Stay abreast of the latest advancements and techniques in neuro interventional radiology
Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or a related field
Valid and unrestricted certification as a Radiologic Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
Minimum of 3 years of experience in neuro interventional radiology
Extensive knowledge of neuro interventional radiology procedures and techniques
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting specialized neuro interventional radiology equipment
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality images
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Commitment to patient safety and delivering quality care
Pay Rate: $2,320-$2,560 Depending on your experience

Schedule Details: 10 Hour Days
Weekend Rotation: Call only on the weekends
On-call Requirements: Call will be required, Call is done on a week basis, Friday 1700-Monday 0700 Tuesday-Thursday 1700-0700 (1-2 call shifts in 13 weeks)
Holidays Requirements: Holidays not required: In the event of a holiday falling on a scheduled workday, the subsequent pay period will be reduced by holiday pay hours.
Floating Requirements: None
Experience Required: 3 years IR experience.
License Required: ARRT Radiography
Certificates Required: Kansas State Board of Healing Arts; Can interview without KS license and apply upon offer.
Certificate Preferred: Vascular Interventional Radiography Post-Primary Certification from the ARRT (VI)
