Position Description:
The Finance Executive Assistant will support the mission of the Agency by providing assistance to the Chief Financial Officer a. This important role will also assist with the daily operations of the Finance team by providing routine and high-level administrative duties.

Responsibilities Include:
  1. Provide clerical assistance including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, scheduling, correspondence, filing, and attending and taking minutes of various Board Committees and Staff meetings.
  2. Support the finance team with additional responsibilities including: processing daily bank deposits, processing petty cash, project tracking, and preparing meeting presentations.
  3. Attend Finance Committee meetings, which also includes meeting preparation, communications to members, and taking minutes.
  4. Provide back-up support for the CEO Executive Assistant, when necessary.
  5. Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
  6. Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
  7. Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related work experience is required.
  • Proven ability to handle a complex workload with a high degree of initiative, detail, and independent judgment.
  • Established oral and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated practical and creative problem solving skills with the ability to function independently and as a team member.
