Our client, a leader in the flavor and fragrance industry, is committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As an ERP & System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of their ERP and other systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee ERP and other systems projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and implement robust processes for the management and maintenance of ERP and other systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure effective system integration and alignment with business needs.
Provide guidance and direction to ERP and systems vendors, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
Supervise the installation, configuration, integration, and customization of ERP and other systems.
Ensure accurate and complete data migration from legacy systems to new platforms.
Conduct thorough quality assurance and user acceptance testing of systems.
Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to system users and administrators.
Evaluate system performance post-implementation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and deliver detailed system reports and documentation to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP and systems management and implementation.
Deep understanding of ERP functionalities, modules, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in system management tools and methodologies.
Strong technical acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
