Description:
We are seeking a Systems Integrator to support a long-term program. This role involves technical planning, project coordination, risk management, and extensive customer collaboration. The Systems Integrator will support Agile development processes and ensure project schedules and standards are meticulously followed.
Responsibilities:
Develop and support the strategy to define the program's technical direction and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Participate in developing and maintaining technical project plans, reports, and presentations for contract briefings.
Define and implement processes and procedures that ensure the security and reliability of systems and services.
Identify, track, and manage program action items, ongoing projects, and technical risks.
Assist in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and deliverables.
Collaborate closely with customers and organizational leadership to prioritize tasks and deliver compliant and high-quality results.
Support various stakeholders with technical consultation and support, facilitating meetings and coordination efforts.
Apply project management and systems engineering principles to navigate complex project environments effectively.
Optimize work processes across the operations and support functions of the systems lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with diverse program teams, clients, stakeholders, and other participants to ensure clear understanding and progress.
Requirements:
Proven ability to adapt project management and systems engineering practices to complex operational environments.
Strong experience in optimizing operational processes within systems lifecycle support.
Experience in program planning, coordination, and support across multiple projects.
Security Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively across various levels of an organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and familiarity with project management software.
Experience in facilitating and supporting Agile development activities (Scrum or Kanban).
Holder of an active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
Optional Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience in technical processing and vetting support requests for analytical purposes.
Knowledge of working with computer processing platforms in clustered computing environments.
Experience in supporting the development of big data software applications.
Previous experience as a Project Manager or Team Lead in a technical team within the Intelligence Community.
