Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Office Manager at Heritage Wealth Architects. The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, managing office equipment, providing customer service, and overseeing office administration. This role is primarily located in Mendota Heights, MN, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in providing administrative assistance and budgeting
Proficiency with MS Office, QuickBooks, and benefits
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of office administration processes and vendor management
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in the financial industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
