Duties and responsibilities to include but are not limited to:

Obtain Medical HX

Vital signs

Verify meds/allergies

Collect and prepare lab specimens, including blood draws.

Sterilize medical instruments

Perform clerical duties; Check patients in/out, schedule appointments, answer phone, etc

Que meds to providers

Prepare exam rooms including stocking supplies

Prepare patient's record for visit, as directed by physician/provider.

Perform clinical duties in accordance with the scope of practice per CCMA certification and in accordance with NYS laws and regulations.
