Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner at The Piatek Institute located in Carmel, IN. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing specialized patient care services, conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating obesity and related health conditions. You will also be collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans. Our Nurse Practitioner is responsible for monitoring patient progress and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. 80% of your role will be through Telehealth care online or by phone appointments.
Qualifications
Valid Nurse Practitioner license
Experience in primary care, emergency, or a related field
Strong clinical skills and knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
