You will not be expected to provide more 4 massages, but ok if you want to do more only if you are physically able. The company will provide you with on the job rebooking training, mentorship, business cards, customer consulting, on line scheduling, general cleaning, marketing done for you, client billing when needed, on site washer and dryer, sellable self help products for additional income, tools to use in session to save your hands, hydro massage lounge for you and your clients, essential oils, massage cream/lotions, sheets, security system, and great customer service for client care. The company does all the bookings for you that are prepaid, and will order and pay for products to keep you going. You will be expected to rebook your clients, follow up calls/emails, wash your own sheets, clean/sanitize treatment rooms, and study on pathologies.
You will have 24hr assess to the facility to come sit on the hydro massage lounge or for self care. On the job paid training and paid meetings. Bonus pay based on bi-weekly rebooking percentages. Full time therapists can make up to 60k+ and part time can make 35k+ tips! Discounted services for self care. Birthday massage! No hard upselling due to the amenities being included for clients. Compensation starts at a 40% base pay off $110 houly service fee, plus additional percentage bonuses up to 50% paid on each bi-weekly payroll. Bonus percentages depends on your rebooking averages and is paid out each payroll. Rebooking coaching is part of paid training. Additional hourly pay for washing sheets or additional office duties. Affordable health insurance available through Market place. Licensing renewal, CEU, and massage insurance coverage assistance, after one year.
Since we work as a team and at times share clients, we do require you to sign a non compete/non solicitation agreement. This is safety for the company as a whole and wards out people who are not committed to work long term at our facility. Our non compete agreement is enforceable for only two years after departure and just 3 mile radius from our office locations. We find our staff finds this very fair and love having a company who cares about them. You can buy out your clients upon an mutually agreed term if you decide to leave. You will be expected to be professional, wear scrubs, be with good hygiene, well groomed, have a working vehicle, show up in a timely manner to be ready for clients before they show, listen to clients needs, study up on specific injuries/diseases, provide a knowledgeable treatment plan, create soap notes, take some payments (most all appointments are prepaid to avoid no-shows or loss in pay), have the ability to rebook your next sessions in advance, wash laundry, follow up with clients, and use proper sanitation for cleaning after each session. You must work three Saturdays per month and a few non major holidays. Must be physically able to lift/ move clients, perform at least 4 deep tissue massages daily, and mentally focus only on your clients while in session. You are required by state to keep up with your continuing education, provide insurance, and update licensure.
