Sr. Financial Analyst
The primary focus of the Senior Financial Analyst for MMA Southeast, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of our region, to include the input and examination of production, expenses, and metrics vital to the success of the MMA Southeast Region.

We will count on you to:
- Work with Finance Manager and CFO on the creation of budgets & forecasts
- Preparation and maintenance of periodic reporting packages
- Variance analysis on revenue and expense line items
- Client revenue analytics
- Distribution of monthly reports to local offices and leadership
- Utilize Excel, and other tools, to conduct data analysis and financial modeling to provide profitability, benchmarking, and other analysis
- Prepare quarterly producer compensation settlements
- Liaise with MMA Regional and National FP&A to help create best practices
- Assist with integration of acquisitions
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree with major or concentration in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years professional finance-related experience
- Ability to comfortably maneuver through large amounts of data
- Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-based, and time-sensitive environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Proficient in Power BI
