What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years General Manager experience at a full-service hotel
• Proven track record in a leadership role managing a property with $60M or greater in annual revenue and 500+ rooms
• Thorough understanding of revenue management, commercial strategies, and sales in a large resort style hotel
• Excellent communication skills, public speaking, written and oral, with the ability to customize the message to the audience (guest, team member, owner, and other key stakeholders
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Successful managing and maintaining Union partnerships
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading resort properties

Preferred Qualifications:

• Collaborate and work effectively with guests and team members from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and partnerships
• Proven experience leading a resort property with multiple dining outlets, including fine dining, and banquet facilities
• Performance-driven leader with strong leadership capability, able to attract, motivate, and inspire talented teams to achieve excellent guest and employee satisfaction results
• Convention hotel experience/expertise
• Hilton brand experience
