The Senior Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of credit relationships in the Private Equity Sponsor Finance Group – including overseeing the gathering, analyzing and underwriting private equity-owned business for the purpose of issuing, extending, amending, reviewing, monitoring and testing a commercial credit facility.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the underwriting of a wide variety of transaction types including leveraged buy-outs, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings, amendments and modifications to credit facilities




• Manage financial modeling and enterprise valuation work for new and existing credit relationships




• Manage and grow existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have $20M to $150M in revenue




• Liaise between all parties to ensure timely and efficient analysis that meets the expectations of the Borrowers, Lenders and Administration Team

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field




• Minimum 8 years' leveraged lending experience




• Experience in identifying documentation risks, addresses, and/or negotiating to resolution with the ability to determine went to elevate risk situations to appropriate individuals




• Effective time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities




• Strong executive presence and presentation skills




• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
