Position: Manager II, Product Management



Job Location: 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712



Duties: Defines and manages strategy and business objectives for moderately complex products by identifying market opportunities, conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments; developing business cases; and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products. Develops and enhances moderately complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features. Crafts and develops solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners (for example, Business leaders, User Experience, Engineering, Analytics); and engaging with key partners to deliver and support initiatives; and communicating status and insights related to product performance to stakeholders. Telecommuting / working from home is permissible.



Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in product management or related experience; OR 4 years of experience in product management or related experience.



Skills required: Must have experience with: Ensuring collaborative customer and stakeholder relationship and engaging with key partners to deliver product initiatives; Developing and managing product roadmap to layout the product strategy and guide the development of product; Managing the roll out features and prioritizing the product initiatives to align with business objectives; Crafting communication plan and rolling out strategy to support the customer needs; Identifying and communicating the goals/objectives and be accountable for achieving results; Analyzing customer and product data and providing actionable insights based on the results; Regular communication of status reporting on product performance and KPI to the stakeholders; Executing the user acceptance criteria before the successful roll out/product launch; Supporting and providing guidance for the successful product development as well as managing and monitoring the product deployments plan; Conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments in identifying potential business opportunities; and Developing business use case to identify the key market opportunities. Employer will accept any amount of graduate coursework, graduate research experience or experience with the required skills.



Salary Range: $98,000 - 168,000/Year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives
