As a key leader in the US Marketplace business, you will run strategic initiatives and forums to enable the success of our Sellers through key Products and Programs to accelerate the Global Marketplace growth.

The Walmart Marketplace is in its 5th year and has seen tremendous growth in the past year. This growth combined with the industry ecommerce and customer dynamics has made Walmart Marketplace a highly strategic priority for Walmart for the next 5 years. What you'll do:

• 
  Run Strategic Projects - Independently own and run critical strategic projects to enhance our Go-To-Market strategies and processes. Enable executive and cross functional teams to make strategic decisions by delivering effective data driven narratives and solutions to strike a balance between speed and scale


• 
  Removing roadblocks and implementing change - Identify blockers and best practices across workstreams and teams and drive continuous improvement in team operating models based on data; and persuading cross-functional teams (including engineering, business, product and partner teams) and stakeholders to implement changes.


• 
  Governance and visibility - Drive visibility into end to end status and health of roadmaps at various executive levels to drive appropriate accountability and action


• 
  Driving organizational change -Be passionate about the seller, be seller obsessed, set the example for your team and drive marketplace education that drives ownership across Walmart. The ultimate objective for you is to drive organizational and cultural change at Walmart to ensure Marketplace delivers on its longer-term goals.

Minimum Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and 3 years' experience in program management, business strategy or related area OR 5 years' experience in program management, strategy or related area.


3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.


MBA degree and management consulting experience is highly preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00


Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.


Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:


- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)


- Stock equity incentives
