Our team is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy to translate early learnings and long-term vision into actionable strategies to support rapid growth in our business. We are looking for someone who will think big, be customer focused, ruthlessly prioritize the highest impact efforts, and mobilize cross-functional partners to develop and facilitate execution against our strategy. This is a high visibility role with the ability to make a significant impact in shaping and delivering on our business goals.



What You'll Do:

• Tell stories from data and drive executive communications


• Understand our customer deeply looking across NPS, VOC data and customer metrics along the buying journey


• Partner closely with analytics to interpret customer behavior and identify high opportunity segments


• Combine customer feedback, research, spend data and outside in research to develop detailed customer segment insights


• Partner closely with the analytics and finance teams to identify which metrics are important and the why behind any anomalies in metrics


• Understand the market and competitor landscape deeply; surface key takeaways for growth and innovation across the organization


• Support long range and annual planning processes


• Drive quarterly goal setting across the organization - in close partnership with the Leadership team


• Shape critical, high value strategic initiatives that can shape the direction of our business to maximize impact


• Work in quarterly sprints on prioritized strategic initiatives - leading cross-functional teams


• Develop hypotheses and tests, with analytics, product and UX, that would have the biggest impact on customer experience and business performance


• Perform periodic external scans to identify strategic partnership and acquisition opportunities


• Lead cross-functionally with influence

What You'll Bring:

• Business strategy / business development / Management Consulting


• Deep customer analytics


• Partnership and alliance development in the technology space


• Driving results in a matrixed organization


• MBA

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field


• 5 years' experience in strategy, business development, data analytics, consulting, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional work experience


• 2+ years' experience with a top tier strategy consulting firm, followed by experience in a digital / ecommerce/ tech product company


• MBA


• Certification in customer science and marketing analytics
