The ideal candidate for an Assistant Director of Banquet Set Up should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. They should have experience in banquet operations, including setting up and managing large events, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Additionally, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential. A candidate who is proactive, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about industry standards and safety regulations would excel in this role.

What will I be doing?

Directs and provides oversight to the Meetings and Convention Services Managers /Facilities Managers who are responsible for the daily inspection of meetings/banquets set up for ensuring that they are properly set and on schedule.

Manage and lead banquet/facilities Houseperson.
