As aSenior Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization. Your strategic approach will drive the development and implementation of learning initiatives that align with our business goals. Collaborating closely with leadership and business partners, you'll identify training needs focusing on Leadership Development, design effective programs, and evaluate their impact on employee performance and development. In addition to leadership development, you will own and manage our Enterprise Mentoring programs and our enterprise-wide Compliance programs. You will be a self-starter, creative thinker, and thought leader and exhibit a curious approach to problem-solving and solutions design and development.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $68,400 and $140,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
